The Story & Context
SummitOS began as an internal vision to solve one of the most frustrating bottlenecks in the Alberta specialty contracting space: the massive disconnect between supplier catalogs and active job estimates. We discovered a landscape riddled with manual data entry and eroded profit margins due to outdated pricing. NEXORA built SummitOS to be a complete operational nervous system that handles real-time pricing feeds and direct procurement syncs.
The Challenge
Contractors were bleeding margin due to volatile supplier pricing. Relying on outdated spreadsheets or legacy desktop ERPs led to manual data entry errors, disconnected procurement workflows, and painful estimation processes.
The Architecture
NEXORA engineered SummitOS from the ground up on a reactive Node/Supabase stack. It features a native Pricing Engine that automatically ingests CSV feeds from major suppliers and re-prices active estimates in real-time, completely eliminating margin fade.
