Material prices can change between the day you quote and the day you buy. SummitOS helps contractors identify those margin risks before submitting bids. It imports supplier price lists, builds estimates from them, and shows which open estimates are affected when a price moves. It also covers work orders, invoices and payments, with database-level tenant isolation using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. SummitOS is available through a Controlled Paid Pilot (participation by application, with reviewed onboarding and no automatic workspace activation).
