These terms apply solely to your use of this public marketing website (nexorayyc.io) operated by NEXORA Technologies Corp. (“NEXORA”) and any free resource materials downloaded from it. Commercial engagements, custom software development, and enterprise SaaS subscriptions (such as SummitOS and NEXORA Capital OS) are governed exclusively by separate, formal written agreements.

You may view our website and download our free resource guides for your own internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse this website, probe or attempt to breach its security controls, transmit malicious code, or submit abusive or fraudulent communications through our contact forms.

The information on this website—including articles, checklists, calculators, and guides—is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, financial, credit, medical, or immigration advice. Most interactive concepts and software demonstrations on this website (such as NEXORA WMS, NEXORA MOVE, and Contentos) use synthetic or sample data to illustrate system workflows and do not represent live client databases.

NEXORA Capital OS Sandbox (/capital-os): Unlike our synthetic demos, the NEXORA Capital OS sandbox allows visitors to run one (1) live public business listing lookup per visitor session across supported Alberta categories using Google Maps / Places public business listing data (business name, category, published phone number, website URL, and public review counts). Only the top two (2) results are displayed unmasked for evaluation; results #3 through #16 are redacted on the server. We do not crawl websites or harvest email addresses. The Funding Fit Score (0–99) displayed in Capital OS ranks public business signals for pipeline prioritisation only—it is not a credit score, credit report, measure of borrowing capacity or cash flow, or guarantee of lender approval. The broker makes all credit decisions.

NEXORA Technologies Corp. provides software tools and does not arrange, broker, or underwrite mortgages, loans, or equipment leases for end borrowers. Any customer or visitor using NEXORA Capital OS agrees to the following Acceptable Use requirements:

• Broker Licensing Warranty: Customers warrant that they hold all regulatory licences and registrations required to broker the financial products they offer in the jurisdictions in which they operate (including a valid Real Estate Council of Alberta [RECA] mortgage broker licence where applicable).
• No Scraping or Directory Resale: Users may not scrape Google Maps or third-party websites through the software, nor resell Places lookup results as a standalone lead list or directory.
• CASL, CAN-SPAM, and DNCL Compliance: Customers are the data controller of any outreach they conduct and remain solely responsible for checking the National Do Not Call List (DNCL), obtaining required consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) before sending commercial electronic messages, and complying with applicable platform terms.

All brand names, trademarks, logos, texts, illustrations, code samples, and designs on this website are the property of NEXORA or its licensors. You may share our free PDF checklists in their original, unmodified form with attribution. All other commercial reproduction or modification requires prior written permission.

This website may link to third-party platforms, social networks, or external websites. These links are provided for convenience only. NEXORA does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external third-party sites.
